This is the OEM Factory Replacement pump for your Redline 1500HD Air/Hydraulic lift table. The Redline Engineering 1500HD pump is a factory replacement for the 1500HD; however, it can also be used to replace pump assemblies on other lesser quality made lifts. This pump serves as an excellent replacement for lifts that need an inferior pump assembly replaced. Order yours today!

    Direct replacement for Ranger RML 1500XL for us!

    Got the pump today and 15 minutes later was working on our RML-1500xl ranger lift. Also it is rebuild-able compared to ranger non rebuild-able pump! Very happy today to have a reliable solution. Shipped fast and packaged well. Thanks Larry and Redline.

    Q. Does this pump come with fluid or do I have to fill it? If so what is your preferred fluid to use? Can I Use ATF?
    A. It comes with #32 hydraulic fluid in it from the factory. Can you run ATF? Possibly, but we haven't tried so we'd naturally recommend sticking with the #32. Thanks Gerry!

    Q. Can this pump function as a direct replacement pump for a Titan 1500XLT air/hydraulic pump?
    A. Yes sir, we have seen it done with no issues. The worst case scenario is that you have to adjust the hydraulic relief pressure, which is easy to do. We show you how in THIS VIDEO Thanks for shopping with us!

    Q. Will your PP15HD hydraulic pump work on a Ranger RML1500XL?
    A. Probably, but I have to say probably because we're talking about something similar to bolting a Chevy alternator on a Ford truck. Will it work? Probably. The RML1500XL is extremely similar to our 1500HD so we think it'll work, but without knowing a host of other things, such as the internal piston diameter of the cylinder (this cannot be measured without disassembling the cylinder) then it's not possible to know if our pump will cause your cylinder to make more or less force.     Q. Has redline or any of your customers tried to use this on a Harbor Freight model #68892 lift? It seems like a hydraulic line from the pump could be fitted to the plunger port of the existing pump (or the HF-Pump redline sells) by tapping the plunger port with a 3/8" NPT. Then remove the HF pedals and use the pedals and air from this pump to do the work. Can you comment on this approach?

    A. I'm afraid we cannot sir. We have no experience with attempting to retrofit this pump to other tables that it was never intended to fit. Please be sure to notice that this item is not returnable; thus, if you purchase the pump you should be prepared to go whatever distance is required to make it fit and work. Thanks Jeff.

    A. This pump makes 10,000 psi, or 10ksi, of pressure. The volume of fluid it holds in the reservoir is 1300 millilitres or 44 ounces. Thanks Pat!
