    Q. need to remove old paint off park benches (wood)not rotten
    sanding not an option
no way to get between slats
20 years old bolt removal not an option
need to clean so we can stain
any thoughts on a portable unit
    benches in concreet
    A. Honestly, new benches is your best option. Anything abrasive enough to remove all those old coatings is going to leave a highly pitted surface. I hate to say it, but there's only two right ways to do this job. New benches, or fully disassemble the benches, replace all the hardware, sand the wood with a DA or belt sander, and media blast / powder coat any large metal parts. I just don't think the blasting option you're hoping to find exists. Sorry Gary.

    Q. I’m restoring a classic car that has a lot of surface rust throughout the entire frame. Is this a good option for this job? Will it leave pitting or cause any warping to thinner metals?
    A. It's a fine option "if" you have a sufficient air compressor. In order to work efficiently, you'll likely need a 10 Hp air compressor or bigger. I can tell you from experience that 5 Hp is not going to cut it. Pitting is determined by the media and pressure you choose, but yes, you'll most likely have pitting with most medias that are ideal for removing rust. With this said, that's often considered a good thing because it provides an incredible surface for the next coat to bond. It will warp thin metals if you make the mistake of leaving the gun pointed at the same spot for any amount of time. Flat areas are exceptionally prone to warping, so be ready to run the gun over them quickly. Start with a junkyard fender to get the hang of it. Thanks for your question!

    Q. Is this unit set up to accept a power washer wet /dry blasting system .

Could u recommend the necessary components to assemble this system using only ur commercial quality parts?
    A. No sir. We've never seen it attempted and have no knowledge of wet systems. My apologies, but we cannot assist.
